Welcome to Awliscombe C of E Primary School

A few months ago, one of our parents said that she noticed a game going on in the playground in which several children from different year groups had linked hands in a circle. She had no idea what the game was, but it was happy and spontaneous and it symbolised to her much of what we value most about our school.

As a relatively small school (94 children in September 2011) with a strong Christian ethos we dedicate ourselves to ensuring our children achieve their true potential.  In addition we also cherish our strong sense of belonging, where every child is known to all the other children, all the staff and, indeed, to many of the parents; and children of different ages play together and support each other.
